Qatargas requires reputable leadership training organizations to provide proposals to work with the Learning and Development team to design and deliver relevant, innovative and impactful leadership training programs that focus on personal, team and organizational leadership:
• To provide ongoing learning opportunities that address current issues in business / leadership development for individuals.
• Open public courses/ seminars suitable for the mentioned target audience, delivered In Qatar.
• Ad hoc request for any type of Leadership & Management Training as a result of business needs targeting all levels within the organization. The duration of the contract will be for a period of 5 years with an extension option of 2 years.
