1. INTRODUCTION
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21), is issuing this Sources Sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in, and the resources to support, a requirement for Incubation/Speciation of Viable Samples for - Media Fill, Gloved Fingertip and Thumb Sampling, Viable Surface Sampling.
