The ZAMBOANGA CITY STATE POLYTECHNIC COLLEGE through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) is inviting PHILGEPS registered suppliers to apply for eligibility and to submit bids for the items listed below:

The schedule of BAC Activities is as follows:
1. Pre-Bid Conference - July 18, 2019, 9:00a.m.
2. Receipt and Opening of Bids - July 30, 2019, 10:00a.m.
3. Bid Evaluation - July 31 to August 5, 2019
4. Post-Qualification - July 31 to August 5, 2019
5. Issuance of Notice of Award - August 6-7, 2019
6. Contract Preparation & Signing - August 8-9, 2019
7. Issuance of Notice to Proceed - August 8-9, 2019
The criteria to be used for the eligibility check of prospective bidders, examination and evaluation of bids, post-qualification and all matters to this procurement shall be in accordance with Republic Act No. 9184 (THE GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT REFORM ACT) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Interested bidders may obtain further information from ZCSPC-BAC Secretariat regarding the checklist of eligibility and technical requirements.
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO BIDDERS:
1. Bidding documents may be acquired by interested Bidders from the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (P 500.00) only. It may also be downloaded from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS), provided that Bidders shall pay the non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids.
2. All bidders are required to post a BID SECURITY in the form of CASH/BANK GUARANTEE (2% of ABC) or SURETY BOND (5% of ABC) or BID SECURING DECLARATION.
3. The bidder shall prepare an original TECHNICAL and FINANCIAL PROPOSAL, COPY 1 and COPY 2.
4. State the shortest time of delivery and submit your quotation duly signed by your representative in a sealed envelope.
5. Warranty shall be for a period of three (3) months for supplies and materials. One (1) year equipment from the date of acceptance by the procuring agency.
6. All erasures must be initialed to avoid disqualifications.
