Pyk's building design consultant The city of Kaarina requests offers for the services of a building design consultant. The new building of the Piikkiö unified school is a future new building of approximately 8, 500 gross square meters, where children from preschool to the ninth grade of elementary school study to class. It will be built on a rather cramped and challenging lot, with the old real estate unit acting as a shelter during the construction period on the same lot. The building design consultant acts as a consultant for the client's building design side in the project and as a construction designer of the bidding material. The consultant's duties include: - Preparation of the construction method report for the contract tender - Processing status cards and a document expressing the will of the users. Attached is a sketch that the designer must promote together with the user as contract tender material - Organize and conduct user workshops in August 2026 in Kaarina for future users to finalize status cards (two (2) full working days to be reserved). - Works in a negotiation procedure In the bidding process of the KVR contract, as the client's construction design expert in the scoring and development phase of the plans. In the final bidding phase, the goal is three (3) bidders, with all of whom the development phase negotiations will take place. - The consultant must attend meetings on site in Kaarina.
