The subject of the order is the service of PXRD testing of 20 samples of sprayed Fe-Al coatings along with the analysis of the results under the order no. ZP_37_2025_WMT_ITW conducted by the Faculty of Mechanical Technology of the Warsaw University of Technology with the conditions specified below. Sample dimensions: approx 20x20 mm, thick up to 10 mm. The Contractor is responsible for collecting samples from the Client. The service includes: preparing samples for PXRD analyzes of the layer, including cleaning and mounting the samples in the measuring holder, leveling the layer surface in relation to the radiation beam and selecting the appropriate measurement geometry (The client will prepare the tested surfaces on friction paper number 800); recording diffractograms for each sample in the reflection geometry of a mirror image of a parafocusing, divergent X-ray beam (Bragg-Brentano geometry); performing measurements with sufficiently high statistics, enabling detection and analysis of trace crystalline phases and carrying out Rietveld analyses; comparison of the position and intensity of reflections observed in the diffractogram with the position and intensity of reflections on axis 2 corresponding to the reference structures reduce...
