Questions of a Technical Nature in Relation to This Request for Quotation (Rfq) Shall be Directed to John Yungblut, Director of Public Works, 519-395-3735 Ext 130, Jyungblut@Huronkinloss.Com No Later Than August 2, 2019 at 11 :00 A.M. 2. by Submitting a Bid, the Contractor Has Accepted an Offer by the Township to Enter Into a Bid Contract for the Evaluation of Bids and the Award of the Contract, if an Award is Made. the Contractor Acknowledges that the Terms of the Bid Contract Are Represented by the Bid Documents (Hereinafter Defined), and Has Carefully Examined the Site and Location of the Work to be Performed Under the Contract. 3. the Contractor Understands and Accepts the Said Provisions, Plans, Specifications and Conditions, and for the Prices Set Forth in This Bid, Hereby Offers to Furnish All Machinery, Tools, Apparatus and Other Means of Construction, Furnish All Materials, Except As Otherwise Specified in the Contract, and to Complete the Work in Strict Accordance with the Provisions, Plans, Specifications and Conditions Attached to This Document. 4.
