JPD Elevator Modernization Scope of Work: The project involves the modernization of an existing passenger elevator located at 375 Woodside Avenue. The scope of work includes the replacement and refurbishment of existing elevator equipment, car control panels, lobby fixtures, lighting fixtures, and modifications to the existing electrical system associated with the elevator modernization scope. The scope of work also includes restroom renovations as indicated on drawings and specifications. The time allowed for completion is 460 consecutive calendar days.
