In order to respond to the demand that APA of the HETG does not have the capacity to resolve, the following services are required to be outsourced: 1. Biopsy samples fixed in formalin inside plastic containers, so that they can be processed. macroscopic analysis, histological processing, microscopic analysis and preparation of the corresponding anatomopathological report. Histochemical studies may be performed if the case warrants it. 2. Biopsy samples on histological slides stained with Hematoxylin-eosin to be performed microscopic analysis and preparation of the corresponding anatomopathological report. Some of these cases may include histochemical stains e.g. endoscopic, skin with inflammatory pathology. 3. Biopsy samples in paraffin inclusions for histological processing, sectioning and staining, analysis microscopic and preparation of the corresponding anatomopathological report. 4. Biopsy samples in paraffin inclusions for histological processing of sectioning and staining, without microscopic analysis or preparation of an anatomopathological report. 5. Reading of Pap tests by a Technologist doctor with specialization in Morphophysiopathology and Cytodiagnosis, hierarchical rescreening by Anatomopathologist control of positives and rescreening of 10% of negative Pap tests.
