Description : INVITATION FOR SUBMISSION OF QUOTATION

(SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT)

The ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE (ZSPI) formerly KABASALAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (KIT), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) of 2018 intends to apply the sum SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS ONLY (Php 760, 250.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of PV System Components and accessories use for Training of Trainers in PV System Installation NC II use.

Price Quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
