the royal canadian mounted police (rcmp) has a requirement for a firm quantity of 500 purse, clutch, black leather in accordance with rcmp specification g.s. 1045-208 dated 2019-11-26, viewing sample and patterns.

The requirement includes three (3) options to order up to 160 purses each which can be exercised within 12, 24 and 36 months of contract award, respectively.

The specification can be found attached to the request for proposal (rfp).

The rcmp viewing sample and patterns will only be available to bidders that are requested to submit a pre-contract award sample.

This requirement is subject to the canadian free trade agreement (cfta)

this requirement is limited to canadian goods (see cfta, article 503, paragraph 4).

The responsive bid with the lowest total evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract (1 contract only).

The crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

The ineligibility and suspension policy and integrity clauses are being incorporated in rcmp contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.

Bids must be submitted only to royal canadian mounted police (rcmp) bid receiving unit by the date, time and place indicated on page 1 of the bid solicitation.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of canada.
