The purpose of training services is to provide employment case case managers and career consultants (hereinafter - Participants) Theoretical and practical knowledge necessary for coordination and implementation of vocational rehabilitation services: 1. Case managers - to develop skills to work with persons with disabilities, applying the principles of case management, evaluate individuals of the Vocational Rehabilitation Program participants needs and opportunities for individual professional rehabilitation plans; 2. Career consultants - to provide information, vocational counseling and / or motivation to learn (work) in the Professional Rehabilitation Program participants services.
