The purpose of the contract is the authorization to occupy the temporary occupation of the public domain for the operation From the restaurant "Le Bistrot d'O", located within Domaine d'O to 178 rue de la Carrirasse in Montpellier (34090). It sets the terms by which the EPCC authorizes the occupant to have the spaces determined in article 1.2 of the consultation regulations and to exploit there at its risk exclusive to catering activity.
