The purpose of this contract is the provision of a service for the Biomedical Research Foundation of the La Paz University Hospital (hereinafter, Fibhulp) of caterings according to the needs of the Foundation.
The service will ensure compliance with Law 1/2025, of April 1, prevention Of the losses and the food waste, of Law 31/1995, of November 8, on the prevention of occupational hazards, and of how many legal, regulatory and administrative provisions are applicable or may be during the validity of the contract to the development of the Catering Object Service Of the present.
