Terms and Conditions:
1. The vaccine is WHO prequalified and registered and approved by FDA
2. Non-prequalified vaccines must be registered with and approved by the Food and Drug Administration.
3. The vaccine must have undergone clinical trials on safety, immunogenicity and efficacy, with results published in peer-reviewed journal.
4. The potency for ID use must be at least 0.5 IU/ID dose, supported by a lot release certificate.
5. The product insert must contain the approved ID dose and match the Certificate of Product Registration (CPR) with watermarks from importer manufacturer.
6. Non WHO-prequalified vaccines may only be used during shortages of WHO pre-qualified vaccines.
