Purified water - THE SECRETARIAT OF STATE IN THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENCE (SEP) INVITES INTERESTED SUPPLIERS TO SUBMIT A QUOTE FOR THE ACQUISITION OF PURIFIED WATER IN BOTTLES, IN THE PRESENTATION OF TWELVE (12) OUNCES, INTENDED FOR THE CONSUMPTION OF VISITS, MEETINGS AND OTHER INSTITUTIONAL ACTIVITIES INVOLVED. DEVELOP IN THIS SECRETARIAT OF STATE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING DETAILS: • FIVE THOUSAND (5, 000) BOTTLES OF PURIFIED WATER IN PRESENTATION: TWELVE (12) OUNCE BOTTLE. REQUIREMENTS: DELIVERIES WILL BE PARTIAL AND ON DEMAND, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INSTITUTIONAL NEEDS AND UPON REQUEST FROM THE RESPONSIBLE AREA. DELIVERIES SHOULD BE SCHEDULED CONSIDERING THE EXPIRATION DATES OF THE PRODUCTS, IN ORDER TO ENSURE ADEQUATE CONSUMPTION CONDITIONS AND AVOID LOSSES DUE TO EXPIRATION.
