submission of a written application to the Director (EOM&M Division), Road Development Authority,
Kahatagahahena, Walgama, Bandaragama from 12.03.2024 until 02.04.2024 (except Poya day and
weekends) between 9.00 a.m and 2.30 p.m upon payment of non-refundable fee of Rs. 2, 500.00 +
applicable Taxes
