The subject of the proceedings is the purchase and delivery of sports clothing, the type, sizes and quantities of which are included in Annex No. 1 to the proceedings - specification. 1) Purchases of the KWP in Rzeszów listed on the eB2B purchasing platform are made only and exclusively through platform (offers submitted in any other way than via the form on the procedure website are not accepted). The exception are tender announcements, where the bidding takes place in the manner described in the announcement. 2) Submitting offers via the eB2B purchasing platform ensures transparency of the offer selection process. 3) The full specification of the order and any attachments are visible on the procedure page, and by submitting the offer, the supplier/contractor agrees to these terms and conditions and is aware of legal responsibility for submitted offer. 4) The given price of the goods or services must include all the contractor's costs, including the cost of delivery, and the quotation is based on gross prices. 5) The procedure does not have to end with the selection of a supplier/contractor, but if yes, KWP Rzeszów will publish information about the result via the eB2B purchasing platform. 6) The Ordering Party allows the possibility of limiting or increasing the number of items ordered within the financial resources available. 7) The offer must be submitted electronically according to the specifications attached as Annex 1 to the proceedings.
