The General Authority for Radio and Television announces for the second time the holding of a sealed tender to purchase replacement parts for FM equipment of the TEKO type required by the Engineering Directorate, in accordance with the technical conditions established for this purpose and the provisions. stipulated in the book of conditions according to the following:
The offer must be valid for a period of 180 days from the date of the end of submitting offers, and the winning bidder's association with his offer shall be renewed for another similar period from the date of his notification that the referral has been awarded to him.
Temporary deposits /215, 000/ only two hundred and fifteen thousand Syrian pounds, according to a bank guarantee, an acceptable bank check, or a transfer. Banking from the bidder's account to the Authority's account No. /196108654200/ with the Central Bank of Syria.
Final insurance: 10% of the contract value.
The order is not divisible.
If an offer is submitted that includes more than one person (partner), the temporary and final insurance must be submitted in the name of all partners
Everything not mentioned is due to the Contract Law No. 51 of the year 2004 and Decree No. 450 of 2004.
The contractor must submit proof of his participation with the General Organization for Social Insurance within one week of notification of the commencement order
The supply period is 30 days starting from the day following the date of notification of the direct order
