Subject of the orderWe invite you to submit a price offer for: Design and implementation of the "Purchasing Improvement Academy" program for the Holcim Group in Poland.The subject of the order is comprehensive design and implementation of a dedicated development program for approximately 27 employees of the purchasing department (managers/directors, category managers, buyers and purchasing administration), working in a dispersed structure geographically. The full scope of work includes: Conducting a professional needs survey and optimal division of participants into training groups. Creating a complete architecture of modules, educational paths and a detailed schedule. Implementation of classes in hybrid formula: stationary meetings (50% Warsaw, 50% operational locations: Piechcin, Małogoszcz, Kraków), implementation tasks (on-the-job) and remote components (webinars, e-learning, consultations).
