Former British Coal Corporation Employees and certain others are entitled to receive solid fuel as part of historic contractual liabilities under the national concessionary fuel scheme. The terms of the scheme allow beneficiaries to receive a solid fuel entitlement or cash-in-lieu. This tender will require appropriate facilitation of purchasing, delivery and administration of solid fuels to qualifying individuals and to fulfill the Governments obligation to these individuals.
