Purchasing a cleaning service Procurement of cleaning services for a period of 12 months in the buildings at the headquarters of the Bidder, according to the attached specification. The cleaning service must comply with the applicable legislation in all respects regulations. The Bidder is a medical institution with continuous patient care. Cleaning tasks also affect patient care areas. Place of execution: 1113 Budapest Karolina út 27. Area: 8, 909.23 m2.+ 10% quantity variation possible identical conditions, if the contracting authority needs additional cleaning during the contract period. Additional cleaning is done on a case-by-case basis, with accounting based on m2. The exact definition of the areas is contained in the technical description. THE outpatient care, the diagnostic areas in the stairwells, elevators, and public areas, the daily disinfecting cleaning tasks must be carried out on working days until 7 a.m. and from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. At certain intervals (every 4 hours) a restrooms need to be cleaned. It is necessary to carry out the daily disinfecting cleaning tasks in inpatient wards on working days from 6 to 11 a.m., and in the afternoons from 5 p.m. in the wards, corridors, it is necessary to repeatedly clean the restrooms and remove the generated waste. On weekends, it is necessary to carry out the daily disinfecting cleaning tasks from 6 to 11 in the morning, and in the afternoon until 5 p.m.
