Tender Details

The subject of the order is to perform the task titled: Purchase of a car for WTZ consisting in the delivery of a passenger car called a minibus, which in its standard version is a 9-seater car, specially adapted to transport people in wheelchairs disabled people. The Ordering Party is implementing a project co-financed by the State Fund for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons entitled Available transport for WTZ participants in Aleksandrów Kujawski, under the Equalization Program, differs between regions III in the area D. The car offered by the Contractor should be brand new, unused, not subject to any repairs, from production in 2025 or 2026, of full value, complete, free from defects, including design, material, workmanship and legal defects, and, moreover, meeting the technical requirements specified by the regulations in force in Poland for vehicles traveling on public roads, including those resulting from the Road Traffic Act and implementing regulations. A detailed description of the subject of the order (OPZ) includes Attachment No. 1 to the SWZ and Attachment No. 6 Contract template. Fulfillment of all specified requirements is required.
