The subject of the order is to perform the task titled: Purchase of a car for DS consisting in the delivery of a passenger car called a minibus, which in its standard version is a 9-seater car, specially adapted to transport people in wheelchairs disabled people for the community self-help home. Prof. Jan Wadysaw Piltz, abbreviated as DS. The offered car is to be brand new, not for exhibition, free from defects, not subject to any repairs, from production in 2026, of full value, complete, free from defects, including construction, material, workmanship and legal defects, and also meets the technical requirements specified by the regulations in force in Poland for vehicles traveling on public roads, including those resulting from the Traffic Law Act road and implementing regulations. Permissible weight up to 3.5 t. To be adapted to transport 9 people (8+1) and adapted to transport min. 1 person using a wheelchair. The minimum warranty period is 3 years and the mileage limit is not less than 150, 000 km. The minimum warranty period for the paint coating is at least 3 years.
