Tender Details

1. The subject of the order are purchases as part of logistic security and ensuring continuity of supplies under the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program (OLIOC) for 2025-2026. The order includes the delivery of 1 piece of a brand new telescopic loader along with accessories. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Appendix No. 8. Description of the subject of the order - charger.2. All order requirements specified in the OPZ are minimum requirements and their fulfillment is obligatory. Failure to meet minimum requirements will result in rejection of the offer pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Law. as inconsistent with the terms of the order. 3. The delivered item must be brand new, complete, complies with applicable standards, has appropriate certificates and other documents in accordance with applicable law. 4. The Ordering Party requires that the minimum warranty period is: - min. 24 months. 5. The Contractor is to provide free service of the delivered devices (at the Ordering Party's premises) during the warranty period. 6.
