Status Update Request for Proposals No. Labc-Fin-Rfp-001 Has Been Cancelled and is Hereby Replaced by This New Request for Proposals, No. Labc-Fin-Rfp-002. Vendors Who Submitted a Response to the Previous Rfp have Been Debriefed on the Cancellation and will have the Opportunity to Submit a Proposal to This New Rfp. the Appendix C - Response Template Has Been Expanded to Add Capabilities and Approach and is Now Broken Down Into Part 1 (Capabilities and Approach) and Part 2 (Technical Mandatory, Functional, Technical Weighted, and Pricing). for Part 2, the Legislative Assembly will Accept Completed Copies of Appendix C that Were Submitted in Response to Rfp No. Labc-Fin-Rfp-001 Provided that It is Included As Part of the Proponent\`S Submission to This New Rfp. Further Changes have Been Made to the Rfp, Proponents Are Advised to Read the New Document in Its Entirety. Ii. Rfp Overview the Legislative Assembly is Soliciting Proposals for the Purchase and Implementation of an Integrated Workflow Management System (Wfms) and Electronic Document Management System (Edms), Collectively Referred to As the Software. the Software will be Used, for Use by the Branches of the Legislative Assembly and Constituency Offices (Cos) Throughout the Province. Specifically, the Contractor will be Responsible For: A) Implementing the Software in Collaboration with the Legislative Assembly\`S Information Technology Support Providers which May Consist of Both In-House and Contracted Resources; B) Configuring the Software to Achieve the Approval Workflow Described Throughout This Rfp; C) Providing All of the Requisite Licenses Needed for Approximately Two-Hundred and Twenty-Five (225) General Users and Approximately Six (6) Administrative (Super) Users; D) Providing Training to a Select Group or Groups of Legislative Assembly Stakeholders As and when Required; and E) Software Maintenance, Support, and Updates over the Contract Term. Iii. Technical Mandatory Requirements Proponents Are Advised that the Following Technical Mandatory Requirements Apply. Proposals that do Not Clearly Demonstrate Compliance with the Below Noted Requirements will Not be Subject to Further Evaluation.
