Rfp Overview the Legislative Assembly is Soliciting Proposals for the Purchase and Implementation of an Integrated Workflow Management System (Wfms) and Electronic Document Management System (Edms), Collectively Referred to As the Software. the Software will be Used, for Use by the Branches of the Legislative Assembly and Constituency Offices (Cos) Throughout the Province. Specifically, the Contractor will be Responsible For: A) Implementing the Software in Collaboration with the Legislative Assembly\`S Information Technology Support Providers which May Consist of Both In-House and Contracted Resources; B) Configuring the Software to Achieve the Approval Workflow Described Throughout This Rfp; C) Providing All of the Requisite Licenses Needed for Approximately Two-Hundred and Twenty-Five (225) General Users and Approximately Six (6) Administrative (Super) Users; D) Providing Training to a Select Group or Groups of Legislative Assembly Stakeholders As and when Required; and E) Software Maintenance, Support, and Updates over the Contract Term. Iii. Technical Mandatory Requirements Proponents Are Advised that the Following Technical Mandatory Requirements Apply. Proposals that do Not Clearly Demonstrate Compliance with the Below Noted Requirements will Not be Subject to Further Evaluation.
