Request for proposal: purchase/implementation of workflow & document mgmt software
the legislative assembly is soliciting proposals for the purchase and imple

mentation of an integrated workflow management system (wfms) and electronic

document management system (edms), collectively referred to as the "softwa

re ". The software will be used, for use by the branches of the legislative

assembly and constituency offices (cos) throughout the province. Specifica

lly, the contractor will be responsible for:

a) implementing the software in collaboration with the legislative assembly

`s information technology support providers which may consist of both in-ho

use and contracted resources;

b) configuring the software to achieve the approval workflow described thro

ughout this rfp;

c) providing all of the requisite licenses needed for approximately two-hun

dred and twenty-five (225) general users and approximately six (6) administ

rative (super) users;

d) providing in-person training to a select group or groups of legislative

assembly stakeholders as and when required; and,

e) software maintenance, support, and updates over the contract term.

Proponents are advised that the following technical mandatory requirements

apply. Proposals that do not clearly demonstrate compliance with the below

noted requirements will not be subject to further evaluation.

A) ready made: the solution must consist of commercial-off-the-shelf (cots)

software; custom or bespoke software will not be considered.

B) integration software compatibility: the software must be compatible with

microsoft dynamics gp 2016.

C) server compatibility: the software must be able to be hosted on the legi

slative assembly`s internal servers and to operate within a microsoft windo

ws server sql environment.
