Specifically, the Contractor will be Responsible For: A) Implementing the Software in Collaboration with the Legislative Assembly`s Information Technology Support Providers which May Consist of Both In-House and Contracted Resources; B) Configuring the Software to Achieve the Approval Workflow Described Throughout This Rfp; C) Providing All of the Requisite Licenses Needed for Approximately Two-Hundred and Twenty-Five (225) General Users and Approximately Six (6) Administrative (Super) Users; D) Providing In-Person Training to a Select Group or Groups of Legislative Assembly Stakeholders As and when Required; And, E) Software Maintenance, Support, and Updates over the Contract Term. Proponents Are Advised that the Following Technical Mandatory Requirements Apply. Proposals that do Not Clearly Demonstrate Compliance with the Below Noted Requirements will Not be Subject to Further Evaluation. A) Ready Made: the Solution Must Consist of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (Cots) Software; Custom or Bespoke Software will Not be Considered. B) Integration Software Compatibility: the Software Must be Compatible with Microsoft Dynamics Gp 2016. C) Server Compatibility: the Software Must be Able to be Hosted on the Legislative Assembly`s Internal Servers and to Operate Within a Microsoft Windows Server Sql Environment. for More Information, Please Read the Rfp in Full, Including Appendices Located in the Supplier Attachements.
