Description : NOTICE DESCRIPTION
The Barangay Old Cabalan, Olongapo City, invites interested bidders to participate in the rebidding for the Procurement of One (1) Unit Handpush Thermoplastic Road Marking Machine with Contract Reference No. BOC-GOODS-2026-07 and an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of ₱130, 000.00.
The project involves the supply, delivery, testing, and commissioning of the equipment intended for road marking use of the barangay.
The procurement will be conducted through Public Bidding in accordance with Republic Act No. 9184 and its 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations.
Bidding Documents will be available from June 19 to June 26, 2026 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Pesos (₱500.00).
Submission of Bids shall be on or before June 26, 2026 at 9:00 AM, while the Opening of Bids shall be on June 26, 2026 at 9:30 AM at the Barangay Old Cabalan Multipurpose Hall, Olongapo City.
