INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PURCHASED OF MOTORCYCLE
1. The Villa Pani-an, Estancia, Iloilo through 20% Development Fund 2026, intend to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (200, 000.00 ) ONLY. for the PURCHASED OF MOTORCYCLE. Bids received in excess of the approved budget shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Barangay Villa Pani-an, Estancia, Iloilo now invites bids to all registered Supplier for motorcycle of Brgy. Villa Pani-an.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary " pass/fail" creation as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations ( IRR ) of Republic Act ( RA ) 9184, other wise known as the " Government Procurement Reform Act".
4. Bid opening shall be on June 19, 2026 @ 10:00am at the Barangay Hall of Brgy. Villa Pani-an, Estancia, Iloilo. Bids will be opened in the presence of the BAC Chairman & Bac Members together with the observer who choose to attend the bidding at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted...
