PURCHASE OF A ZERO-EMISSION MAXI CLASS ELECTRIC BUS ROLLING STOCK (EV) WITH PLUG-IN CHARGING INFRASTRUCTURE, CONSTITUTIONING AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE PN PROJECT. "ZERO EMISSION DEVELOPMENT... PURCHASE OF A ZERO-EMISSION POWERED BUS ROLL MAXI CLASS ELECTRICAL (EV) WITH PLUG-IN CHARGING INFRASTRUCTURE, CONSTITUTIONING AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE PN PROJECT. "DEVELOPMENT OF ZERO-EMISSION PUBLIC TRANSPORT IN THE CITY OF CZĘSTOCHOWA" The subject of the order is: 1)delivery: a) 4 pieces by default new, complete and full-fledged, low-floor, electric city buses of the MAXI class (EV - Electric Vehicle), delivered in accordance with the set specified by the Ordering Party, together with electronic equipment and the necessary licenses; b) charging infrastructure - 3 two-station, stationary chargers with a power of min. 120 kW each; 2) conducting training for designated employees of the Ordering Party in the operation of buses and charging infrastructure; 3)delivery documentation; 4) providing the necessary tools (including a diagnostic device) with the necessary interfaces and software along with licenses in the quantity and to the extent allowing free use of all bus functionalities EV; 5) granting the Ordering Party internal authorization for servicing and operating EV buses (ASO) A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Annexes 1 and 2 to the SWZ.
