1. The subject of the order includes: 1) delivery of 2 pieces of brand new city buses, low-floor, with electric drive, with a total length ranging from 11.8 meters to 12.20 meters, hereinafter referred to as EV12 buses or buses electric, 2) delivery, assembly, connection and first commissioning (and, if necessary, design and obtaining all permits) one piece of a brand new, mobile, wired, two-station charger with a power greater than or equal to 80 kW (2x40 kW), ensuring the possibility of charging one EV12 bus with a power of 80 kW or two buses simultaneously with a power of 40 kW each, hereinafter referred to as a Plug-in charger or wired charger 3)3) design and execution of construction works in accordance with Art. 103 section 2 and 3 of the Public Procurement Law, aimed at creating a modern charging infrastructure for road public transport for the purposes of charging electric buses, i.e.: a) design, foundation and connection, obtaining a building permit and maintenance author's supervision over construction works regarding the construction of the necessary infrastructure (including construction of a bus loop) for the delivery and assembly of 1 piece of a brand new pantograph charger (electrical and road industries), with rated power equal to 250 kW, hereinafter referred to as the "pantograph charger", located at ul.
