The subject of the contract includes:
1) delivery of two factory new municipal electric buses, produced not earlier than in 2025, free from physical and legal defects, produced by the same manufacturer, one brand, type and versions, identical within a given class of length in terms of structurally, technical parameters and completion, as well as equipment, colors and organization of passenger space, unconditionally allowed to traffic on Polish public roads along with the necessary software;
2) delivery and launch of bus charging station electric ones, enabling batteries on buses.
3) The contractor must secure the warranty and post -warranty service of the subject of the contract (buses), maximum distance from the authorized service 100 km
