1. The subject of the order is the purchase of three x-ray machines with a C-arm for Copernicus PL Sp. z o. o. in Gdansk.
2. As part of the subject of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to arrange, install and assemble the subject of the contract and to present it at the seat of the Ordering Party in the scope of: urucmaintenance, operation, operation and maintenance of the delivered Medical Equipment described in Annex 1 to the ToR - Description of the Subject of the Order, within the time limit agreed with the Ordering Party. A detailed description and requirements of the Ordering Party regarding the implementation of the subject of the order are included in Annex 1do SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter referred to as OPZ) and in its attachments and Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - Draft Agreement. The Contractor attaches Appendix 1 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order to the offer. By completing the indicated items in Appendix 1 to the SWZ Description of the Subject of the Order, the Contractor confirms the fulfillment of the requirementsconditions specified by the Ordering Party.
