1. The subject of the order is the purchase of x -ray apparatus for the hospital in Puszczykowo.
The subject of the contract is divided into two parts:
Part 1: Camera x -ray (intraoperative)
1 was specified in Attachment No. 2, which consists of the following documents:
1) assortment and price form,
2) Technical parameters form.
The method of implementation and payment dates have been specified in the draft contract, which is Annex 3 to SWZ.
The offered product should be approved for trading and use in the area of the Republic of Poland and meet the requirements specified by the Act of 20 May 2010 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended).
