The subject of the order is: Purchase without delivery of up to 100 tons of C65B3PU/RC cationic asphalt emulsion for partial renovations of district road surfaces in the Tarnów District.2. The subject of the order is the purchase without delivery of up to 100 tons of cationic asphalt emulsion C65B3PU/RC for partial renovation of surfaces of county roads in Tarnów County. The Contractor is obliged to ensure that the Ordering Party collects the emulsion from the plant or emulsion collection point (tank) located at a distance of no more than 15 km from the headquarters. The ordering party in the Tarnów District or the city of Tarnów must meet the requirements of the currently applicable PN-EN 13808.2013-10 standard. The asphalt content is not less than 65%. Ordering Party's requirement: Disintegration index: 120 (g/100g).3. The purchased emulsion is collected will be the Ordering Party's own transport at 7:00-8:00. The daily demand for emulsion will be approximately 1 ton. The emulsion sold must have the appropriate temperature, i.e. above +50 degrees C. The ordering party will report the daily demand for the material by phone. Full execution of the order, i.e. purchase of 100 tons of emulsion, will depend on good weather conditions...
