Purchase a Windows Server DataCenter license or equivalent product. 1. The subject of the order is the purchase of a Windows Server DataCenter license or an equivalent product. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the conditions of its implementation were specified by the Ordering Party in draft contract, which together with the Detailed Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (hereinafter: SOPU) constitutes Annex No. 7 to this SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party requires that the offered subject of the order, including the ICT product, ICT service or ICT process on the date of submission of offers: a)no were indicated in the recommendation referred to in Art. 33 section 4 of the Act of July 5, 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of state security; (b)did not cover an ICT product whose type was specified in the decision to recognize the supplier as a high-risk supplier referred to in Art. 67b section 15 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, nor the ICT services or ICT processes specified in this decision (if refers to). 4. In these proceedings, the Ordering Party does not specify employment requirements based on an employment relationship in the circumstances referred to in Art. 95 of the Public Procurement Law, and the requirements regarding the employment of persons referred to in Art. 96 section 2 point 2 Public Procurement Law Doc Title: Purchase of a Windows Server DataCenter license or equivalent product.
