Tender Details

Purchase of a wheel loader under operating leasing. 1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery in the form of operational leasing of one piece of a brand new wheel loader with a high loading bucket with a capacity of min. 3.5 m3; year of production 2026. 2. Detailed technical data and requirements are included in chapter IV SWZ. 3. The contractor will provide a warranty for the subject of the order (for a minimum period of 24 months. 4. The machine cannot be a prototype, it must come from series production. 5. Charger will be delivered to the Ordering Party's headquarters at the Contractor's expense. Address: Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunlnej w Końskie Sp. z o. o., ul. Spacerowa 145, 26-200 Końskie. 6. The contractor will provide training in the operation and operation of the machine, min. 4 designated employees of the Ordering Party. 7. The document confirming the correct delivery of the subject of the order will be the acceptance report signed by the Parties without any reservations. 8. Financing conditions - described in detail in chapter IV - OPZ: 1) The Ordering Party defines operational leasing with a purchase option as a binding method of financing within the meaning of the Corporate Income Tax Act (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 554). 2) Duration of the leasing contract: 60 months. 3) The contractor will be obliged to presentation of 59 monthly leasing installments, taking into account an initial fee of 40% of the net value of the subject of the order and the purchase amount of the vehicle being the subject of the order in the amount of 10% of its net value...
