The object of the acquisition is the Website publishing system as a software service, the rights to use and expand its use, and related services, such as separately ordered further development work. The solution is acquired as a total service, meaning that The system is offered from an environment managed by the supplier in such a way that the Subscriber is only responsible for the equipment, software (such as web browsers) and communication connections necessary to connect to the software service. The object of the acquisition is divided into four to the whole, which are: - The necessary application and implementation of the website as a whole (the main website kymenhva.fi and the sub-sites well-being.kymenhva.fi and perhekeskus.kymenhva.fi) and the underlying publishing system with infrastructure platforms with the current visual appearance, user interface and contents - Advanced site analytics service (can also be a 3rd party solution that meets the requirements) - Implementation of the necessary related system integrations and implementation (for the development work required for the website system) - Rights to use the solution - Implementation project, covering delivery of the system, implementation of the system and its support and maintenance services, and the existence of the Subscriber conversion and migration of existing data. - Continuous services, covering e.g. continuous support and maintenance services of the system with the Services and service levels in the agreed scope. - Complementary expert services...
