Tenders are invited for Purchase of Warehouses for Educational Institutions

The details given in this section below are only general and the provisions of the section will bind the parties only in cases where there is no other detailed and explicit reference in any of the tender documents. There was a different reference as stated in which of the tender documents, the other and detailed provision will require:

· The winner of the tender will be required to supply, transport, install and assemble warehouses with insulated panels in educational institutions throughout the city of Holon. The warehouses to be supplied will be in accordance with the specifications attached as an integral part of the tender documents.

· The warehouses will be supplied to the municipality in accordance with work orders issued by the municipality from time to time, which will specify the required quantity, the required delivery date, the place of delivery, etc. relevant details. As a rule, the winner of the tender will be required to supply a warehouse within 21 working days.

· The winner of the tender will grant a 10-year warranty for the warehouse (not including intentional sabotage) as well as a two-year warranty for the sealing of the warehouse.

· For the purposes of submitting a proposal only and without this being to obligate the municipality, the municipality estimates that throughout the contract period, including the option periods, it will require 50 warehouses. However, it is clarified and emphasized that as of the date of publication of the tender, a municipal budget for the said amount has not yet been approved.

· The contract period will be for 24 months and at the end of the year the municipality will be entitled to extend the contract for three contract periods, each of 12 months or a part thereof, provided that the total period of the agreement does not exceed 5 years.

Threshold conditions

Individuals who are citizens of Israel or corporations incorporated in Israel who meet the following cumulative requirements may participate in the tender:

· Has 3 years of experience during the 5 years preceding the submission of bids for this tender (2019-2023) in transporting, installing and assembling warehouses; To prove compliance with this threshold condition, the participant must fill out document A(1) and attach to it references and recommendations regarding the execution of the works

· A business license holder in accordance with the requirements of the law; For the purpose of proving compliance with this threshold condition, the bidder will fill out document A(1) and as long as his official and defined occupation requires a business license, he will attach a true copy of the original of a valid business license

· He attached to his proposal an original or digital guarantee issued by a bank in Israel or by an Israeli insurance company whose corporation has a license to engage in insurance in Israel according to the Insurance Business Supervision Law, 1981, in the amount of NIS 2, 000 (two thousand new shekels, as detailed in section 5.8 below. An original or digital guarantee must be attached exactly in the wording of document A(2) of the MAZAB. The creator of a digital guarantee must send the guarantee by e-mail to the address mihrazim@holon.muni.il and this by the deadline for submitting bids for the tender so that it can be verified. No If the bidder sends the guarantee by the deadline for submitting bids or the guarantee is checked and found to be defective, the bidder's bid will be rejected outright

· Purchased the tender documents for the amount of NIS 100, as detailed in No. 7 below. A receipt confirming the purchase of the tender documents must be attached. If a bidder does not fulfill any of the conditions for participation in the tender, the municipality may, on this basis alone and at its sole and absolute discretion, reject the bid of the bidder or alternatively; request that he complete and/or correct and/or clarify any of the data in his proposal and/or the documents attached to it.
