Stadi Vocational College (including the "contracting entity") in the City of Helsinki (including the "contracting entity") is acquired by its outlets. The warehouse management system serves both Stadin's AO Roihupello Unit, which is about to become a central warehouse and others Stadin AO offices. The warehouse management system is intended to ensure the management and inventory of goods and materials in stocks. In addition to the central warehouse, there may also be storage locations at other Stadin AO offices in the Helsinki area (see more information about the locations: https://stadinao.hel.fi/). All storage areas are operated through the same inventory management system. There are no physical devices such as collectible automation, conveyor belts or storage equipment.
The warehouse management system should be available to the subscriber by the latest 19.12.2025.
The integrations acquired as an option are intended to support the smooth use of the warehouse management system in the contracting entity. The tenderer must provide options as part of their offer.
The contracting entity is not obliged to introduce options. A more detailed implementation of the integration will be agreed between the tenderer selected during the introduction of the option and the contracting entity.
