Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of a subscription to VMware vSphere Foundation (VVF) or equivalent software, licensed according to the number of cores (hereinafter referred to as the "Subscription"), including the following components: vCenter Server, ESXi, VMware vSphere Kubernetes Service, VMware vSAN and VCF Operations (or equivalent components providing similar functionality), for the following number of cores: VMware vSphere Foundation 512 cores. The subscription includes in particular: the right to use VMware software vSphere Foundation (VVF) for the duration of the Subscription; access to corrections and updates of the software covered by the Subscription, including new versions (upgrades), previous versions (downgrades), new releases, supplements and programming corrections (patches), hereinafter referred to as "Updates"; technical support from the manufacturer VMware (hereinafter referred to as: Technical Support).2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, conditions and principles as well as the scope and requirements for the execution of the order are set out in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter: OPZ) and in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ Draft provisions of the contract (hereinafter: PPU).
