Purchase of VMware or equivalent temporary licenses along with software service and substantive support 1. The subject of the order is the purchase of temporary VMware licenses or equivalent along with software service and substantive support. 2. Description of the item the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the Specification. 3. The method of execution of the order is specified in the draft Agreement constituting Annex No. 2 to the Specification. 4. Order completion date: 1) The Contractor will ensure the delivery of temporary Software Licenses for a period of 12 months confirmed by a certificate, within no more than 7 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. 2) The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide Software Service services for a period of 12 months from the date indicated in the acceptance protocol of the Temporary License. Software. 3) The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide the Substantive Support service in the amount of 650 Man-hours.
