Brief description of the procurement : The purpose of the procurement is to acquire a virtual power plant (VPP) solution, including its implementation, migration, licenses and support services, as well as additional developments that may be necessary during operation. The VPP platform must support integration with existing and new wind farms, solar farms, battery storage and various types of power plants, including CHP, and internal and external systems of the Supplier. The VPP platform must enable asset and real-time operational data exchange, management and monitoring of portfolios, visualizing forecasts, market offers, activations and asset performance in the user interface.
