Prospective bidders should have completed a similar contract with a value of at least 50% of ABC, within the last two (2) years and have key personnel and equipment (listed in the Eligibility Form) available for the completion of the contract. The BAC will use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria in the Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids.
