Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Purchase of Veterinary Supplies for Animal Health Program
1) The Municipality of San Jose, through the OMOE - Plans and Programs - Animal Health Program intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thirty Nine Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (₱ 539, 550.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Veterinary Supplies for Animal Health Program / sjom-goods-0049-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of San Jose now invites bids for the above procurement projects using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 days upon receipt of notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
