The client divided public contract in the sense of the provisions of § 35 in conjunction with the provisions of § 101 ZZVZ into five parts, as follows: Part 1. - Delivery of a passenger car for representational and protocol purposes of category M1 Part 2. - Delivery of an eight-seater category vehicle M1 Part 3. - Delivery of reference passenger car category M1 Part 4. - Delivery of a municipal vehicle of category N1 Part 5. - Delivery of a special machine with exchangeable superstructures of category SS/N1 The contracting authority proceeded to divide the public contract into the above partly due to the support of wider economic competition.
