part 1 - off-road pick up part 2 - three-sided tipper The subject of the performance of the public contract within this procurement procedure is the supply of motor vehicles within the scope and in accordance with the procurement conditions. The order is divided into two parts: part 1 - off-road pick up a part 2 - three-sided tipper. The parts of the contract for which the contract for the supply of vehicles will be concluded are specified in detail in Annex No. 5 ZD - Category of vehicles and the required minimum level of equipment, where the minimum technical specifications are given individual vehicle categories and the required minimum level of equipment. Participants in the procurement procedure are entitled to submit an offer for each part of the contract separately, or for both parts. The purpose of the procurement procedure is to conclude one contract for the supply of motor vehicles vehicles for each part of the public contract, always with only one supplier.
