Description : 1) The Local Government Unit of Mabini, Pangasinan, through the LGSF-FALGU FY 2023 & Supplemental SPA 2024 and LGSF-FALGU FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos (Four Million Pesos) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. Vehicle Ambulance (2.8 Diesel MT) 2, 500, 000.00
2) The Local Government Unit of Mabini, Pangasinan now invites bids for Purchase of Vehicle Ambulance. Delivery of the Goods is required 90 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least 2022-2026 from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
