Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the purchase of a vehicle adapted to transport participants of the SD in Pruchnik. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 7 to SWZ Description of the subject of the order. 2. If the subject of the order is described in the SWZ by indication trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a particular contractor, which could result in the preference or elimination of certain contractors or products, the Ordering Party allows a solution equivalent to the one described, provided that they have no worse properties and quality and do not lead to a change in technology. The names indicated in the documentation should be treated as examples. A contractor who relies on equivalent solutions described by the Ordering Party, is obliged to demonstrate in the offer that the supplies offered by him as part of the subject of the order meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party. 3. The Contractor is obliged to deliver a brand new, unused, fully functional device ready for use, to which third parties have no right, and meeting safety, technical and security requirements...
