Description : 1. The BARANGAY OLD CABALAN, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites interested bidders to participate in the procurement of Purchase of Vehicle (Project No. BOC-GOODS-2026-10) with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of ₱1, 300, 000.00. The source of funding is the Local Government Support Fund - Financial Assistance to Local Government Units (LGSF-FA), under Fund 103, as authorized through the Notice of Authority to Debit Account issued by the Bureau of the Treasury for Fiscal Year 2026.
2. Delivery of the goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Payment shall be made upon complete delivery, inspection, and acceptance of the goods.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion in accordance with the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
4. The Advertisement and Posting of this procurement shall be from July 16, 2026 to August 5, 2026, in compliance with the required minimum of seven (7) calendar days.
